  I used this company to deliver a child's toy for Christmas. Only the Christmas card attached to the box was delivered until days of enquiries the box was located. Each time I rang the company I was told they are searching for the parcel and would be called back. I was not once called back and I had to chase numerous times. Thankfully the box was located!

  Awful company and extremely bad customer service. An item we sent got damaged in transit and DCS will not pay the insurance claim so we have lost a sale worth over £300 plus we now have an item fit for scrap. I agree with everyone else on here all they do is try to fob you off hoping you will go away. What a terrible experience. I urge people like others have said do not use this company at all under any circumstances.
