  An enormous thank you for all the work and help of you and your team Michael. You've been truly fantastic. The comprehensive report detail and subsequent conversations on the condition of the property allowed me to negotiate a significant sum from the purchase price. The survey and the time you've generously given me by phone conversation has meant I was able to proceed with the purchase with my eyes wide open. You were cheaper than a very large surveying firm too even though they were already attending my property to carry out a standard mortgage valuation. I would and will recommend you to anyone.

  Horrific company. Home report was not complete, no valuation put on. Information in the report was wrong, I.e. locations of the gas and electric supply. Owner of the house reported they had pulled loft insulation out and left it on the floor (in a toddlers room).
  Do not trust other reviews on here either, one of them I know for sure is one of the surveyors!
